Call upon Airmid Celtic Goddess of Healing Arts and Herbal Magic
Never have we needed a healing goddess more than now.
Airmid (also Airmed) is the Celtic goddess of Healing Arts & Herbal Magic. She is one of the Tuatha Dé Danann; the ancient Celtic race of deities who once ruled Ireland and were bestowed with great magickal powers.
Airimid was known as a powerful healer and played an important role tending to injured soldiers during major battles of the ancient tribes. Her and her brother Miach, recreated and replaced King Nuadha’s arm when it was severed in battle allowing King Nuadha to save his place on the throne. But their Father Dian Cecht was the God of Medicine, and Chief Physician who was envious of his children's healing powers and killed his son in a jealous rage.
The grieving Airmid’s tears watered her brother’s grave every day and after one year 365 healing herbs of the earth sprouted from the soil over his body. Airmid gathered the herbs as they started to speak to her of their healing properties. She sorted them according to their alchemical affects over her cloak. She used this new knowledge to heal the people who needed it around her. However, once again, her Father intervened and scattered the herbs and their knowledge to the wind. For this reason, to this day, no living human knows all the secrets of herbalism. Only Airmed remembers their scared properties. She still works as a healer, high in the mountains of Ireland, focused on healing Faeries, Elves and her special witches that know to seek her out. She’s very willing to share her healing secrets with the world, as that was always her intent.
Today, more than every, we invoke the curative powers and knowledge of Airmid.
NOTE: We have done a few custom orders with amethyst spears (see last photo) in place of the regular crystal setting. We have a limited number of ethically sourced amethyst spears (1.25") and can pair them in the setting with the serpents holding them. If you would like one like this, send us a message and we will create a custom order (it is $15 extra for the spears and modified mount/setting)
Product Details: Our version of Airmid is hand finished in a black and bronze patina (that will vary for each piece) and set with carefully selected matched sets of crystals, typically one of the Moonstones and an Agate or sometimes Amethyst and Hematite or Obsidian (if you have a special request, simply ask). The legacy size stands 10.5cm tall, 12.75cm wide, 6cm deep and weighs around 50g without crystals. She feels very powerful when you hold her in your hand and she is the perfect size for doing that. The Desktop size is 12.5 cm tall and the Altar size is 15cm tall.

All of our products are designed and individually 3D printed here in our home studio using a bio-safe, non-toxic, vegetable, wood fibre or sugar-cane based PLA. We then hand-finish each piece, usually smoothing and sanding them using a natural wood fibre material and then acrylic paints or glazes. The cured finishes are non-toxic but the metallic finishes do have the actual metals in them. This is a clean and local process and our materials are selected from those made in Canada or the USA. We are 100% NOT “Made in China” and take some pride in that. Through careful research and testing, we have found a great way to get around the toxic resin and moulding processes used in most of the statues on the market.
